Are you curious about what it's like to work in the Recycling business area in our administrative department?

Do you enjoy when details are accurate, analyses are reliable, and numbers actually mean something? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are seeking a new everyday hero for a fixed-term position of one year.

The Recycling business area is tasked with collecting and receiving waste from residents and businesses in Eskilstuna and Strängnäs, and transforming it into new resources. We are at the forefront and strive to maintain that position. Eskilstuna was the first in the world to offer color sorting of six different types of materials for villas. The same system has also been implemented in Strängnäs. In Eskilstuna, we operate ReTuna Återbruksgalleria, Sweden's first shopping mall for reuse. Since its inception, the mall has been awarded prizes and accolades in the environmental field.

Your Responsibilities

This position is located in our administrative department with the purpose of supporting the core business in both large and small matters. Administration is an area undergoing significant transformation due to digitalization, and we are working to stay at the forefront to meet the future of recycling.

As an invoicing coordinator, you will:

• Be responsible for ongoing invoicing.
• Deliver statistics to customers and ensure that the figures we send to various authorities are correct.
• Contribute data for the entire recycling operation so that we can work smart with follow-up.
• Manage our weighing system and receive customers.

There is an opportunity for remote work in this role. Our working hours are 07-16, and during these hours, we are also expected to be available by phone for our customers.

Education and Previous Experience

We want to meet you if you enjoy working with numbers. You like analysis, take ownership, and ensure that the details are correct for the whole to work. You know that good relationships are built on the right data, quality, and accuracy.

You have:

• Post-secondary education in economics or several years of relevant experience in finance, invoicing, bookkeeping, or similar.
• Experience in customer interaction.
• Previous experience in the environmental industry, but this is not a requirement.
• A valid driver's license (B).
